Location

Pez Volador followed the first beachside riberas of the late 1990s, placing it closer to the sea than many of the islands further inland. The beach, the Paseo del Mar and the Octógono beach club are an easy walk, and the port restaurants are only a little further.

The homes

Alongside standard apartments, the island includes ground-floor duplexes with outdoor space, which are rare in the marina and suit families who want somewhere for children to play. Upper floors trade outdoor space for views across the canals.
