Properties for Rent in Sotogrande Playa

Beach apartments and marina homes to rent between the sand and the port, for summer holidays on the Paseo del Mar or a longer stay by the sea.

Renting in Sotogrande Playa

Sotogrande Playa is where most visitors picture themselves in summer: a beach apartment, a morning swim and dinner at the marina, all without needing a car. Bristow Property Group offers holiday rentals and long-term lets across the Paseo del Mar, the Paseo del Río and the beachside riberas. Whether you want a fortnight in August or a winter by the sea, tell us what you need and we will suggest homes that fit.

Holiday and Long-Term Rentals by the Beach

Summer by the Sea

The front-line apartments on the Paseo del Mar open onto the sand, the Paseo del Río looks over the Guadiaro estuary, and the riberas near the port put the restaurants and the beach within a few minutes' walk. In July and August, these are some of the most requested holiday rentals in Sotogrande, so booking early gives you the widest choice.

Longer Stays

Outside the peak season, Sotogrande Playa is calm and spacious, and there is often more availability. Many people rent here for the winter or spring, enjoying beach walks and a quieter marina, or use a long-term let to try Sotogrande before buying. Apartments range from studios for one or two people to large family apartments.

Renting with Bristow

We know the individual buildings, so we can tell you which homes have the best sea views, the most sun on the terrace or the easiest access for families. We remain available throughout your stay if you need anything.

Why Rent with Bristow Property Group

We're not simply estate agents operating in Sotogrande, we're part of this community.

Combining our local knowledge with a strong network of private landlords and developers across Europe and beyond gives renters access to a wider range of quality homes, including properties that never reach the portals.

Tailored Search

We learn what you want, how you live, and what you're renting for. With deep Sotogrande knowledge, we shortlist homes that fit your brief — not just what's available online — and guide you from first viewing to signing. No wasted time, just the right home faster.

Bilingual, Border-Free Service

Whether you're relocating from the UK, Europe, or further afield, we make renting in Spain straightforward. We handle the language barriers, navigate Spanish rental law on your behalf, and ensure every contract is clear before you sign. International renter? You're in safe hands.

Off-Market Access

The best Sotogrande rentals don't always reach the portals. Our long-standing network of private landlords gives you discreet access to off-market and pre-launch listings, private viewings, and early opportunities — so you can move fast when the right property appears.

Short-Term or Long-Term?

Not sure how long you need? No problem. We manage rentals across every duration — from a two-week summer let to a multi-year family home. Whatever your situation, we'll find the right fit and make sure the terms work for you, not just the landlord.
