The setting

Isla Carey lies further along the marina from the port entrance, in a calmer stretch of canal where the boats moored outside are mostly private yachts rather than passing traffic. Being on an island means the views run across water in more than one direction, and there is no through road to the buildings. Some positions face west and get long sunsets over La Marina.

The homes

Expect larger-than-average marina apartments, from three-bedroom flats to duplex penthouses with enclosed or open terraces.
