Any message you send through WhatsApp reaches us directly on our WhatsApp Business account. Data shared via WhatsApp — including your phone number, name, and message content — is processed partly by Meta in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive and store your contact details and the content of your enquiry for the purpose of responding to you.

2.5 Property Management Clients: If you engage Bristow Property Group SL for property management services, we collect additional data necessary to manage your property, including financial details, property ownership documentation, and contact information. This data is collected directly from you under a separate service agreement.

Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook Pixel & WhatsAppWe use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand website interactions. Idealista (Grupo Idealista SL)Our property listings are published on Idealista's platform. When you enquire about a property directly via Idealista, your data is handled by Idealista under their own privacy policy. We receive enquiry details from Idealista in order to respond to you.
Notion Labs, Inc. — CRMWe store and manage client contact information in Notion, which we use as a customer relationship management tool. Notion may store data on servers located in the United States; such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Notion does not access or use your data for its own purposes.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, unless required to do so by law.
