2.3 WhatsApp Widget: Our website features a WhatsApp widget. If you click this widget, you will be redirected to WhatsApp (a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Any message you send through WhatsApp reaches us directly on our WhatsApp Business account. Data shared via WhatsApp — including your phone number, name, and message content — is processed partly by Meta in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive and store your contact details and the content of your enquiry for the purpose of responding to you.
2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.5 Property Management Clients: If you engage Bristow Property Group SL for property management services, we collect additional data necessary to manage your property, including financial details, property ownership documentation, and contact information. This data is collected directly from you under a separate service agreement.
3. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data
We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:
Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): For newsletter subscriptions and for non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): For responding to contact form and WhatsApp enquiries. We have assessed that our interest in responding to your enquiry does not override your privacy rights.
Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): When you engage us for property management services, processing your data is necessary to deliver the service.
Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): We may be required to retain certain records (e.g. financial transactions) for compliance with Spanish tax and commercial law.
4. How and Why We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:

WhatsApp conversations: 1 year from the last communication, unless a transaction arises.
Cookie and analytics data: As set by the relevant third-party providers. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
6. Third-Party Data Processors
We share your data only where necessary and with trusted processors. These companies act on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
Google LLC — Google AnalyticsWe use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google collects anonymised data about your behaviour on our site. Google may transfer this data outside the EEA; such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook Pixel & WhatsAppWe use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand website interactions. If you use our WhatsApp widget, your communications are also processed by Meta. Meta may transfer data outside the EEA under SCCs. Please refer to Meta's Data Policy for further information.
Idealista (Grupo Idealista SL)Our property listings are published on Idealista's platform. When you enquire about a property directly via Idealista, your data is handled by Idealista under their own privacy policy. We receive enquiry details from Idealista in order to respond to you.
Notion Labs, Inc. — CRMWe store and manage client contact information in Notion, which we use as a customer relationship management tool. Notion may store data on servers located in the United States; such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Notion does not access or use your data for its own purposes.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, unless required to do so by law.

We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may take up to three months but will notify you within the first month. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
